All payments are due at booking prior to the event. The event setup will not occur without full payment.* If your location is 20 miles outside of the radius, there will be a travel fee.*
To make a booking, please fill out a form online or send us an email. To secure your confirmed date and time, we require a $65 non-refundable deposit. The remaining payment will need to be made 2 days prior to your event. If payment is not made by the 48 hour period, this will result in cancellation of picnic.
If there is anything broken, damaged, or missing; A payment will need to be made to replace the item by the person who made the event booking.
If you need to make a cancellation, your deposit will not be refunded. We are more than happy to change the day if we are given a three days notice prior to the event date. If you are more than 30 minutes late to your picnic, we will have to pack up and you will need to reschedule for another day.
Lubbock weather can be unpredictable! We know there's dusty wind storms that happen along with heavy rain. We will notify you the day before, or on the morning of the event if there is expected to be a weather issue. You will have the option to relocate the event indoors on that day or we can reschedule with a new date that is within 3 months from your originally scheduled date. We will not cancel your booking nor offer a refund due to the weather since we will be more than happy to provide alternative options at no cost to you.
